Classes
Classes are designed to combine education with experiential exercises to facilitate the integration of mindfulness into your daily life.
Examples of mindfulness practice that may be included are:
- Breathing exercises
- Noticing thoughts as they come and go
- Awareness of physical sensations
- Practice in responding rather than reacting
- Cultivation of kindness toward oneself and others
- Mindful yoga
Some of the benefits that you may receive as a result of your participation in these classes include:
- Positive changes in well-being, including increased emotional regulation
- Improvement in your ability to choose healthy behaviors, including an enriched capacity to manage life’s stressors
- Reduced physical symptoms that can accompany stress

The Mindful Student
This class is for college students who are dealing with stress, anxiety, time management, and/or social issues.

Everyday Mindfulness
In this six-week class, you will learn and experience the benefits of mindfulness and have opportunities to practice and integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Facilitated by experienced mental health professionals, Bonnie Witkin Stuart, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, and Mimi Dvorson, MEd., RYT 200.

Living Mindfully with Chronic Illness
Chronic Illness can be challenging and stressful. Learn mindfulness skills which can reduce symptoms that accompany stress, like anxiety and depressed mood. This group is designed for women with chronic medical conditions, including cancers, diabetes, Crohn’s, fibromyalgia, etc.
Facilitated by mental health professionals, Bonnie Witkin Stuart, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, and Mimi Dvorson, MEd., RYT 200.
