Weekly Meditation Group
Join us for the ongoing Weekly Meditation drop-in classes – beginner and experienced practitioners welcome.

The Mindful Student
This class is designed for college students who are dealing with stress, anxiety, time management, and/or social issues.
Our spring session meets weekly on Mondays starting in April and continues for six consecutive weeks.

Everyday Mindfulness
In this six-week class, you will learn and experience the benefits of mindfulness and have opportunities to practice and integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
Facilitated by experienced mental health professionals, Bonnie Witkin Stuart, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, and Mimi Dvorson, MEd., RYT 200.
$275 some insurance accepted

Living Mindfully with Chronic Illness
Chronic Illness can be challenging and stressful. Learn mindfulness skills which can reduce symptoms that accompany stress, like anxiety and depressed mood. This group is designed for women with chronic medical conditions, including cancers, diabetes, Crohn’s, fibromyalgia, etc.
Facilitated by mental health professionals, Bonnie Witkin Stuart, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, and Mimi Dvorson, MEd., RYT 200.
$325 some insurance accepted
